US Shipping
Free Shipping for ALL orders across the US (Up to 5 units).
*Orders that exceed 5 units will be required to pay for shipping (Standard Ground Shipping)

International shipping (Canada & Mexico)
Shipping and Customs fees NOT INCLUDED. Shipping and Customs fees are not included with orders being shipped to Canada or Mexico. Elide Fire USA can arrange door to door service with our shipping carrier if requested by purchaser. If door to door service is not requested, purchaser will be responsible for the shipping and release of product from Customs at associated boarder.

Delivery Times
US Shipments: 1-6 business days
*Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Shipping Service you can expect to receive your order in anywhere from 1-6 business days depending on location of where order is being shipped.
Canadian Shipments: 2-7 business days
*Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Shipping Service you can expect to receive your order in anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on location of where order is being shipped.
Mexican Shipments: 2-11 business days
*Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Shipping Service you can expect to receive your order in anywhere from 2-11 business days depending on location of where order is being shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within the first 30 days of your purchase. You can return unopened items in the
original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more
have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable
period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your
purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
